eMobility General Assembly 4
16 October 2008
The 4th General Assembly of the eMobility Technology Platform will take
place 16th October in Stockholm. All members and non-members are cordially invited to attend. The
General Assembly is co-located to the
WWRF21, 13-15 October 2008.
Come to our GA to hear the latest information on the European Commission plans
for Calls 4 and 5 directly from a Senior European Commission official, to get an
update on the activities and plans of eMobility, and to meet potential
partners for research proposals.

Registration
All participants have to register
and pay the registration fee before
the meeting starts. The registration fee is 125,00 €.

Please note that in case of cancellation no refunds will be made. Substitute
participants are welcome.
Hotel reservation
A block booking of rooms has been made at
Hotel Hilton Stockholm
15-16 October. If you want to make use of this block booking you have to call
the hotel, +46 8 517 35310. You have to give the code, WIRB131008, upon booking and leave
your credit card as a guarantee for the room. The rate is 2600 SEK per room per
night for single occupancy and 2800 SEK per room per night for double occupancy.
The rates includes breakfast and VAT. The deadline for making use of this block
booking is 15 September 2008.
