eMobility General Assembly 3

The third General Assembly of the eMobility Technology Platform will take place 14th November 2007 in Brussels.  All members and non-members are cordially invited to attend. The General Assembly is co-located to the WWI Innovations Day 2007 on 13th November. A reduced participation fee is offered to participants registering for both events.

The registration desk opens at 09:30. Tea, coffee and snack will be served during the registration.

Steering Board election
The election of the members of the Steering Board of eMobility Technology Platform for the coming period will take place during the GA3. The election will again be on a stakeholder group basis, i.e. eMobility members vote for candidates of their stakeholder group. Currently Industry has 17 seats, Research has 4 seats and SME has 2 seats but it will be proposed to the GA to extend SME to 4 seats.

Proxy voting 
Provided that the General Assembly approves proxy voting, proxy voting will be possible for members who are not able to attend the General Assembly. Proxies can vote on behalf of non-present organisations only in the same Stakeholder Group. A proxy needs to present a power of attorney from the represented organisation, on which behalf the proxy is entitled to vote. The proxy has to follow directions of the represented organisation.
